Built in 1925, the COhatch St. Pete building originally opened as The Harlan Hotel, a historic landmark that once welcomed travelers to downtown St. Petersburg. Today, a concierge-style desk, vintage brass service bell, and traditional mail slots pay tribute to its hospitality roots. The space also celebrates local character with nods to St. Pete’s famous “Mystery Monkey of Tampa Bay” and the city’s beloved pelican mascot. Members can even spot hidden monkeys throughout the building, a playful connection to the community’s quirky charm and history.
