This is a large, open home with high ceilings and big windows that let in tons of natural light throughout the day. The space has a clean, minimal look that works well as a backdrop without being distracting. It’s especially well-suited for photo shoots and filming — there’s plenty of room to move around, set up equipment, and get a variety of angles. The natural light changes beautifully throughout the day, and the tall ceilings give everything a more open, airy feel on camera. Outside, there’s a pool and spacious yard that offer even more shoot locations. The layout makes it easy to work in different areas without feeling cramped or limited.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
