Our team follows a consistent cleaning routine before, during, and after each booking to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your group. 🧽 Before Each Event The entire bar and lounge area are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including tables, seating, bar tops, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Floors are swept and mopped, and all trash or glassware is cleared before your group arrives. We inspect all areas to ensure everything meets hospitality and safety standards. 🧴 During Events Staff regularly wipe down bar and seating areas throughout service. Restrooms are checked and refreshed periodically to maintain cleanliness. Hand sanitizer stations are available for guests at the entrance and near the bar. 🧹 After Each Event All surfaces, restrooms, and equipment are deep cleaned and disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning supplies. The space is reset and ventilated to maintain fresh air circulation for the next booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
