🧹 The Nook at Bull Run – Cleaning Process
We take pride in keeping The Nook beautiful for every celebration. Please follow these simple cleanup steps to ensure the space is left in great condition for the next event.
🌸 Before You Leave
All décor, personal items, and rentals must be removed by the end of your cleanup window.
Cleanup must be completed within 30 minutes after your event end time.
At 31 minutes past, an additional hour will be charged automatically.
🗑️ Trash & Recycling
Trash bags will be provided for your convenience.
Place all trash and recyclables in the bins located near the event area.
Tie bags securely before placing them in or beside the containers.
Do not leave food, beverages, or waste on tables, décor, or the ground.
If bins become full, please place sealed bags next to the containers.
🍽️ Food & Beverages
Remove all leftover food, drinks, and catering supplies.
Wipe down all tables, serving areas, and beverage stations.
Pour out any excess liquids before disposing of cups and bottles.
Do not dump liquids on the ground or in landscaped areas.
🌿 Décor & Furniture
Remove all personal décor, signage, and floral arrangements.
Return The Nook’s tables, chairs, and provided décor to their original positions.
Handle arches, backdrops, and furniture gently — many items are shared across events.
💡 Final Touches
Check for forgotten belongings (especially near tables or by the arch).
Turn off or remove all battery candles, unplug devices, and collect cords.
Ensure all décor, food, and supplies are loaded out before departure.
🧼 Additional Notes
Trash bags and basic cleaning supplies are available onsite if needed.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive trash, spills, or damage remain after your booking.
