Your comfort and safety are our top priority. Our team follows a comprehensive cleaning protocol before every stay: Professional cleaning staff deep-clean and disinfect all surfaces, paying special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls. All linens and towels are freshly laundered using high-temperature washes and premium detergents. Bathrooms and kitchens are thoroughly sanitized and restocked with essential supplies. Floors and upholstery are vacuumed and steam-cleaned as needed to maintain a fresh and dust-free environment. After cleaning, our property managers complete a final inspection to ensure the home meets hotel-level standards before guest arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
