This flexible art gallery features polished terrazzo floors, high ceilings, and white walls—perfect for art exhibitions, photo shoots, pop-ups, or private events. The open layout can easily be customized for creative setups, offering a clean, modern, and bohemian atmosphere ideal for showcasing art or hosting unique experiences. What’s Permitted: - Pets - Amplified music, including DJs and karaoke - Parties and events of any type - Lasers and other lighting effects - Excess noise at any time - Smoking allowed indoors Food & Beverage: - Guests may bring their own food and drinks - Alcohol is permitted - No food services are provided onsite - Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space

We have a cleaning fee of $200 for larger events. We make sure the floors are mopped, the walls are clean, and the bathrooms are clean and fully stocked
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
