Our quirky cocktail bar nestled in Central London makes for the perfect unique space to host a memorable event, just a few steps away from Oxford Street and Bond Street Station.Able to accommodate up to 60 guests at one time, it’s the perfect spot to celebrate no matter the occasion. From Birthdays, to Afterwork Celebrations or Engagement Parties, we can do it all! When choosing Fam Bar & Kitchen, you will be welcomed with a private bar, high and low comfy banquette seating that outlines the room, accompanied by tables for perching your food and drinks, with plenty of room to mingle. That’s not all, we also have a beautiful outside terrace that will also be included in your private hire of our venue and depending on the weather this can be covered and heated or we can pull back the canopy and let the sun ray’s shine! Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
