The full kitchen and island are ideal for a party spread or small group event. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 50, with table seating for 30. Seating includes lounge seating, dining table seating for 6, bar seating, booth seating, and high-top tables. - Kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink, and oven. - Shuffleboard Table - Restrooms - Wi-Fi - TV (guests must bring their own HDMI cable to connect) **Fireplace is not available for use **Warming drawer in the kitchen is not available for use FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
