Welcome to our bright, 1,200 sq ft creative pop-up space in Pelham, NY. This versatile storefront offers a warm, accessible, and welcoming environment, perfect for photo/video shoots, small productions, lifestyle events, yoga, sound baths, and community gatherings. The space features an open, flexible layout, providing a clean and neutral aesthetic that can be easily transformed to suit your creative vision. It's designed to inspire and accommodate a wide range of artistic and event needs. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood next to the Pelham Manor North Train Station, our location offers easy access and is surrounded by charming eateries, floral shops, and wellness studios, adding to the overall appeal and convenience for your guests or crew. Renters will have access to amenities such as ample seating (tables and chairs), a projector, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a handicap-accessible restroom. The space is available for exclusive morning slots from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, with flexible extensions and weekend availability upon inquiry. A clean space is ensured for every client.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is meticulously cleaned and disinfected in accordance with local health authority guidelines. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are thoroughly disinfected, and soft, porous materials are properly cleaned or removed. To allow for enhanced cleaning, bookings are spaced apart. Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels are provided, and a detailed checklist of our updated cleaning procedure is posted in the event studio.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
