Our Cleaning Process at DRIP Content & Media House Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priorities. We take pride in maintaining a clean, professional, and high-end environment for every guest. ✨ Before and After Every Booking: All high-touch surfaces (door handles, counters, light switches, tables, equipment) are disinfected. Floors are swept, mopped, and/or vacuumed. Bathrooms are cleaned and fully stocked. 🧼 Studios + Cyc Wall: Props, furniture, and sets are wiped down after each use. The cyc wall is cleaned and retouched as needed to ensure a professional look for your production. 🌸 Peace of Mind: Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio. Cleaning supplies are accessible on-site should you need them during your booking. We ask all guests to respect the space and leave it in good condition, so every creative can enjoy a fresh start.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
