A warehouse space that has conventionally been used for intimate live music events, but has also worked great for film / photo shoots, microcinema, workshop location, hot yoga studio and acting lesson space. Comes equipped with a soundsystem, projector, screen, RGB lights, tables, couches and additional folding chairs for seating. The space is ADA accessible and soundproofed by thick concrete walls to prevent any sonic bleed through from the surrounding area.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
