The Annex is a dynamic 3,000-square-foot space bursting with natural sunlight, making it the perfect setting for creativity and connection. This is a versatile event space available for rent, offering a unique backdrop for gatherings, workshops, and celebrations. Some things to consider when booking your next event with us: - All food/beverages must be provided through a caterer or approved by us. Anyone outside of our preferred vendor list must be approved beforehand and will be charged an additional fee. - We have 6ft and 8ft fold out tables and black chairs for rent - We have black table clothes for rent - We have highboy round tables for rent - Full kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, sink) - 2 bathrooms (single use) - Free wifi Additionally: For ticketed events: someone from your team must be managing the door during the entire duration of the event. If you don't have someone to do this, we can provide someone at $35 per hour. Events with 50+ people require two individuals at the door. Events must be over by 11pm, no exceptions. We have a sound ordinance - music gets turned down to a reasonable volume at 10pm. We do not have a PA system, so events must bring their own. We do allow small bands and DJs to perform. No firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed in the building.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
