The main level features a distinguished 26-person head table, two restrooms (including one ADA-compliant with a baby changing station), and a welcoming lobby equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV—perfect for presentations, slideshows, or digital customizations to enhance your event. The loft level provides seating for 40 guests at five 60-inch round tables, all paired with elegant gold Chiavari chairs. Decorated in soft blues and whites, the space exudes a cozy yet elevated aesthetic, accented by subtle industrial elements that pay homage to the building’s history. A catering kitchen is available for prep and plating, complete with commercial sinks, stainless steel tables, and starter supplies to support caterers and hosts. (Please note: on-site cooking is not permitted, as no cooking equipment is provided.) Perfect for intimate receptions, professional gatherings, and creative events, this downtown loft offers the warmth of a Southern retreat with the sophistication of a modern event venue.

The space is cleaned professionally before/after each event as well as deep cleaned on a regular basis to ensure guest safety.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
