About The Noho Actor's Studio
The Noho Actor’s Studio is a working space for creatives. Our studio is in the heart of the Noho Arts District, located above the PitFire Pizza Company restaurant , within walking distance of many other fine restaurants, unique shops, and the MTA Red Line/Orange Line subway stations. - Studio A is a black-box performance space with 48 seats and a 30-foot-wide by 19-foot-deep stage. There is a backstage area and tech booth available for performance rentals. The studio can also be rented out as a Screening Room. -There is a table, couch, black box set pieces, and folding chairs available for use. - Includes AC/Heater - Convenient public parking lot behind the building and street parking nearby

There is a Professional Janitorial Maintenance once a week that maintains cleanliness of the space. Disinfectant spray, paper towels, and hand sanitizer available to guests. There is no food or drink allowed in the building which also ensures a clean environment.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
