Our fully soundproofed stage with programmable lighting on the grid offers two main usage options: 1) LED Wall – 33ft / 8k For immersive backgrounds & Virtual production 2) Black Box – Black curtains surrounding the entire stage. For over a decade, our pristine, state-of-the-art studio—complete with premium lighting, impeccable sound control, and a refined, comfortable atmosphere—has welcomed major networks, including Fox, CNN, and A&E, along with an array of distinguished celebrity guests. (Please see the floor plan photos for measurements and detail) > LED Wall Production 33' x 12.5' / 8k Currently the only P1.2 mm pixel pitch video wall in LA. (This makes every background photo realistic) Ideal for podcast, Educational & Corporate, Product videos, & Interviews, Music Videos, driving scenes. 2D footage backgrounds and more. > Lighting Stage has 13 ft lighting grid for overhead rigs. The studio has 20+ moving head lights remotely controlled through DMX, as well as several other LED lights. You are welcome to bring your own lights. The use of our lighting console and DMX operation is by our staff only, and would require hiring (Add-on) operator. In certain cases if it is just a fixed setup for the whole day, we may include that in the package at no extra cost. > Recording Sound Our stage is surrounded by three layers of professional soundproofing, providing exceptional acoustic isolation. Over the past decade, sound engineers who’ve worked here often tell us it’s their favorite place to record, especially since most Burbank studios are affected by nearby airport noise. > LED Wall & Floor Care & Limitations Please read carefully before booking. Our LED wall and shiny studio floor are valuable and delicate investments, so certain restrictions apply. To protect them, no fire, water, debris, or potentially damaging props may be used near the LED wall or on the studio floor. Set building or fabrication is not permitted in the studio. This includes assembling, cutting, sawing, painting, sanding, or any similar work that may create debris, dust, paint, scratches, or other potential damage to the LED wall or the floor. Because LED walls are still relatively new technology, our rental experience has shown that some crew members may be more familiar with traditional set pieces and may not realize how easily the wall can be scratched or damaged. Even a small bump, such as a light stand touching the surface, can cause costly damage and may result in insurance claims. If you’re unsure whether your project fits within these requirements, please reach out to us before booking and provide as much information as possible about your set elements, props, and production needs. This allows us to determine whether your project is a good fit for our space or if we you would need to hire (add-on) a staff member from our studio to oversee your setup. Please note that these restrictions are strict and cannot be compromised. Failure to follow our guidelines, or arriving on the day of the shoot with set pieces, props, or activities that fall outside our approved use and what we have agreed on, may result in your production being stopped or ended. Thank you for your understanding. > Reservation Hours Our reservation hours are fixed and can’t be adjusted for late arrivals. Please make sure to arrive on time and plan accordingly so your team can wrap up and have the facility cleared by the end of your scheduled rental period. If your production runs longer than expected, please check in with the site representative to see if an extension is possible. We’re happy to accommodate when we can.
