I live in a classic historic Flatbush townhome with an open floor plan. My apartment is two full floors of the house. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are on the main parlor floor. Each room is spacious with high ceilings and beautiful wooden floor boards running through the whole apartment. The rooms are separated by large arches between each room (no doors) allowing the house to feel open and grand, and is great for photography and film crews who need wide angles and depth for their shots. The decor of the house leans cottage core and bohemian with lots of natural wood tones and eclectic furniture and art. I also have a private garden with a porch in connected to the kitchen. The garden level of my apartment houses my art studio, guest bedroom and music studio. All spaces are open for photo and film shoots and other artistic ventures.
