After Each Booking Immediate Walkthrough (with or without renter present): Check for any damage or missing items. Note any scuffs, stains, or excessive mess. Clean Up: Remove all trash and recyclables left behind. Disinfect all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, remotes, etc.). Vacuum/mop floors and clean bathrooms thoroughly. Laundry: Wash any used linens, towels, or blankets. Reset: Return furniture, props, and décor to their original positions.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
