Neighborhood Details Located in the charming LeBrun neighborhood of San Leandro near Chabot Park, this garden escape offers the best of both worlds—peaceful seclusion and easy convenience. The area is surrounded by leafy streets, parks, and friendly neighbors. Guests can take a short drive to Downtown San Leandro, or enjoy local coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques just minutes away. With quick access to the 580 freeway and San Leandro BART, it’s an easy destination for visitors from across the Bay Area. Logistics Guests have exclusive access to the backyard garden areas during their booking, including: Dining area under a wisteria-covered pergola (seating for 8–10) Deck and lounge area overlooking the creek (with outdoor sofa and chairs) Stone-and-mosaic café table nestled against a brick wall (seating for 3–4) Private hot tub with a serene view (available upon request) The layout offers multiple backdrops for creative shoots—ranging from the lush, woodsy creek setting to the elegant garden patio near the home. Parking: Free and ample street parking is available in the cul-de-sac and surrounding residential streets. Access: Easy entry through a side gate with direct access to the garden. The Brookvale Garden Oasis is professionally cleaned and prepared before every booking to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience. Because this is an outdoor space, natural elements like leaves or petals may be present, but the area is thoroughly maintained and refreshed prior to guest arrival. All spaces — including the dining area, deck, lounge seating, and hot tub area (if in use) — are cleaned by a licensed commercial cleaning company following professional standards for safety and sanitation. We take great pride in offering a space that’s not only beautiful, but also clean, cared for, and ready for your event or production.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
