About the Space
We have a space that is available for hosting gatherings of 75 people or less. This space can be utilized for anyone wanting to have a happy hour to even hosting a yoga session. We have many photoshoot opportunities or filming. This is a house that has a main floor with four rooms connected to each other, a kitchen, a dining room, a library, and a living room. There is a second floor with two bedrooms, a sitting room, and billiard room. This space has been fully restored as closely as it can be to what it would have looked like in 1898. We are offering up a space that brings you back in time, but makes you feel at home right when you walk into the door.

The cleaning fee is covering for a house keeper to come in and fully sanitize the spaces that are touched and being used on a regular basis.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
