🧼 Cleaning Process We take pride in maintaining a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment for every guest. After each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure it’s ready for your event. Our cleaning process includes: • Full surface sanitization of tables, chairs, and high-touch areas. • Sweeping and mopping of all floors to maintain a spotless appearance. • Bathroom cleaning and restocking with soap, paper products, and sanitizer. • Trash removal and replacement of liners between each use. • Air circulation and freshening to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. We ask all guests to leave the space in good condition by disposing of trash, removing decorations, and resetting any moved furniture to help us maintain the high standards of cleanliness our guests enjoy.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
