There is a kitchen, dining room, living room, office, bedroom, spare bedroom, and single bathroom inside the house, all accessible upon booking. Outside, a lush backyard offers additional filming or lounge areas, leading to a fully functional music studio tucked inside a detached shed. The studio includes acoustic treatment, power, and space for recording, podcasting, or private rehearsals, making this home an ideal creative hub for musicians, producers, and filmmakers alike. We take pride in keeping this restored 1920s home exceptionally clean and well-maintained for every guest. Our cleaning process is thorough, consistent, and respectful of both the space’s vintage features and your peace of mind. Before Each Booking: The entire unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized, including all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, counters, and handles). Floors are swept, mopped, and disinfected, with extra care taken to protect original 1920s hardwood. Bathrooms and kitchen are deep-cleaned and stocked with fresh soap, towels, and paper products. Linens and soft furnishings (where applicable) are refreshed between bookings. The music studio is dusted, sanitized, and checked for equipment safety and cleanliness. After Each Booking: The space is fully inspected for any damage, spills, or leftover items. Windows are opened briefly to circulate fresh air between guests. All surfaces are wiped down again with eco-friendly cleaning products that are gentle on vintage materials but tough on germs. We maintain a no-shoes-indoors policy and a strict no-smoking rule to preserve the home’s condition and air quality. Our goal is to provide a clean, calm, and inspiring environment every time you book.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
