The space features high industrial ceilings, white walls, and large street-facing windows within an iconic street art museum. Often used as a studio for spray paint classes, the space has an authentic creative energy that photographers, filmmakers, and event hosts constantly seek out. Whether you’re hosting an artist talk, film screening, brand workshop, or photoshoots/rehearsals, the minimalist design and flexible setup make customization easy. Three large smart TVs are mounted along the wall for presentations, screenings, or background visuals, and Wi-Fi and HDMI cables are provided. Folding chairs are available and can seat up to 75 guests. The 6 N Q R W and J trains are all located right next to the space.
