Parking passes in our private lot are included with the reservation based on the day of the week: two passes (Mon - Fri evening events) and three passes (Sat - Sun). *Your rental time request should include setup, cleanup, and the event. **A fee of $135 per 5 hours will be required for events with 100 people or more to cover additional security required. ***Event reservations can go until 12 AM. PRICING (5 hour minimum): - Mon-Thurs: $1,500 then $300 / hr - Weekends (Nov - Mar) - $2,000 then $400 / hr - Weekends (Apr - Oct) - $2,250 then $450 / hr Discount available for 8 hour reservations.
