The area is mostly used for podcasts and interviews. Potentially photos or videos as well. Small green screen setup, headshots or portraits. The ceiling is low so that may not work for some shoots. Lots of west facing natural light. The space is an open square, there are common space bathrooms for changing, etc.

There are very few surfaces that require cleaning. The furniture can be easily moved around and there are cleaning supplies on site.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
