Kitchen area, living area and kids living area. Bedrooms are available by request as family does live here, so would like to keep those private if possible, but this is negotiable/flexible. This is a lived in home, so great for lifestyle shoots. Bright and beautiful and close to the beach.

Anything you take in, must be taken out please. If you use the trash in the kitchen, we would appreciate if you would take it out, please. We would appreciate anything moved to be put back in its place.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
