There’s also an on-site content creator available for booking if you want production support during your session. We maintain a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. Between each booking, all high-touch surfaces and shared areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using professional-grade products. In addition to regular upkeep, we also have a professional cleaning service that comes in twice a month to ensure the space stays fresh, sanitized, and up to Haus Collective standards. Your safety and comfort are top priority — you can expect a spotless, ready-to-create environment every time you book.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
