Our commitment to you is that every square foot of our private residence is professionally cleaned and meticulously inspected before your arrival. Following every single booking—whether it's a multi-day retreat, an evening gathering, or a production shoot—our professional cleaning team performs a comprehensive, deep-cleaning service utilizing a detailed checklist. Our cleaning protocol includes, but is not limited to: All High-Touch Surfaces: Every light switch, remote control, door handle, and flat surface is disinfected with high-grade, approved cleaning solutions. Gourmet Kitchen & Club Bar: The 15-ft white stone island, 14-ft black stone bar, all countertops, and sinks are scrubbed and sanitized. High-End Appliances: All appliances, including the Miele ovens, espresso machine, refrigerators, and stove tops, are degreased and sanitized inside and out. Luxury Bathrooms: All bathrooms are fully deep-cleaned. Toilets, vanities, showers, and tubs are disinfected to a professional hospitality-grade standard. Floors: All grey hardwood and tile floors are vacuumed and mopped. All carpets are thoroughly vacuumed. Lodging (For Overnight Stays): All linens for the 4 luxury bedroom suites (including the Sky Suite and Club Level bedrooms) are removed and laundered with high-temperature sanitation. All beds are freshly made with hotel-quality linens. Outdoor Spaces: All deck surfaces are swept, and all outdoor furniture and high-top tables are wiped down. The 6-person hot tub is chemically balanced, serviced, and skimmed before every use. Final Inspection: We conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfect and the residence is reset to its original, pristine condition, ready for you to arrive and focus on your objectives.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
