Our cleaning team is: -Trained in-house by our hospitality management team and certified in short-term rental sanitation protocols. -Specializes exclusively in our portfolio of homes, so standards remain consistent and never outsourced to random contractors. -Undergoes regular performance audits and retraining to ensure every space is inspection-ready before each booking. Before every booking, the property is: -Fully cleaned and sanitized top-to-bottom, including floors, handles, remotes, light switches, countertops, and bathrooms using approved cleaning products. -Inspected by a supervisor for cleanliness, staging accuracy, and safety before guest arrival. -Supplied with fresh linens, laundered on high heat, and all bedding and towels replaced (never reused between guests). -All dishes, cookware, and utensils are washed, sanitized, and inspected -HVAC air filters maintained on a strict 60-day replacement cycle to ensure clean indoor air quality. After every booking: -The home is re-inspected for damage or maintenance needs to ensure it remains production-ready and photo-shoot clean for the next guest. -All waste, recyclables, and catering disposables are removed and handled responsibly. Additional protections: -Non-toxic disinfectants and fragrance-free products are used when possible to accommodate sensitive guests. -Hand soap and paper products are replenished before every booking. -The property is ventilated between cleanings for fresh air circulation. -We hold ourselves to the same level of cleanliness expected at luxury hotels and professional film studios - ensuring every guest walks into a pristine, comfortable, and camera-ready space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
