Before every booking, the property is: -Fully cleaned and sanitized top-to-bottom, including floors, handles, remotes, light switches, countertops, and bathrooms using approved cleaning products. -Inspected by a supervisor for cleanliness, staging accuracy, and safety before guest arrival. -Supplied with fresh linens, laundered on high heat, and all bedding and towels replaced (never reused between guests). -All dishes, cookware, and utensils are washed, sanitized, and inspected -HVAC air filters maintained on a strict 60-day replacement cycle to ensure clean indoor air quality. After every booking: -The home is re-inspected for damage or maintenance needs to ensure it remains production-ready and photo-shoot clean for the next guest. -All waste, recyclables, and catering disposables are removed and handled responsibly. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
