Prior to every booking, the property is professionally cleaned and detailed with special attention to high-touch areas, surfaces, and restrooms. For productions, we ensure the space is cleared, dust-free, and photo-ready, with neutral styling that can be easily adapted to your set design. Linens, glassware, and kitchen surfaces are sanitized, and all trash bins are lined and empty before arrival. If multiple-day shoots or large crews are scheduled, we can provide mid-day or end-of-day refresh service (by our preferred vendor or yours) to keep the space camera-ready and comfortable throughout your booking. We ask guests to return the property in the same condition it was received. A light cleaning fee covers standard prep and reset, but additional deep cleaning may apply for high-traffic productions, catering, or outdoor use.
