Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in keeping the studio clean, sanitized, and ready for every guest. Here’s how we prepare the space before each booking: Before Every Booking The floors are vacuumed and mopped. All high-touch surfaces (door handles, chairs, stools, equipment knobs) are wiped down and disinfected. The cyclorama surface is cleaned and inspected for marks or scuffs. Props and furniture are returned to their proper place. Trash bins are emptied and replaced with new bags when full. Lighting gear and stands (if rented) are checked, cleaned, and reset. After Every Booking We inspect the studio for any damage or marks. The floor and cyc are cleaned again as needed. Equipment is wiped down and sanitized. The restroom and changing area are refreshed and stocked. Deep Cleaning Once a week, the entire studio receives a full deep clean, including: Detailed cyc wall wipe-down Full disinfecting of all surfaces Dusting high ceilings & corners Deep mop & polish on the floor Full bathroom sanitation

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
