Cleaning & Setup Process • Guests are responsible for leaving the space as they found it. • All trash should be bagged and placed in the designated bins. • Floors should be swept if food or debris is present. • All personal items, decorations, and rentals must be removed at the end of your booking. • Any spills should be wiped immediately to prevent damage. Failure to follow the cleaning process may result in an additional cleaning fee. * Comprehensive Cleaning: We sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces and thoroughly clean all common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entryways. * Sanitization & Disinfection: Special attention is given to high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and shared amenities, using EPA-approved disinfectants to ensure a healthy and safe space. * Stocking Essentials: We ensure all hand washing stations are fully supplied with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. * Garbage & Waste Removal: All trash is collected, removed, and new liners are placed in all cans. * Amenity Care: Any provided amenities, such as dishes and silverware, are collected and cleaned after each use
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
