Please note that the property does not have a carbon monoxide alarm, so we encourage guests to be mindful when using any appliances and to keep all areas well-ventilated. For added protection, there are exterior security cameras around the property. These cameras monitor only the outside of the home and are in place strictly for security and guest safety. Inside the home, you will find a working smoke alarm to help ensure a safe and worry-free stay.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
