CLEANING PROCESS We take great care of our church building to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, peaceful, and welcoming environment. To maintain high standards, we follow a simple and transparent cleaning process: WHAT WE CLEAN (OUR RESPONSIBILITY) After each booking, our team performs a full reset of the space, including: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Wiping down all surfaces (lobby, stage, pews, pulpit) Sanitizing bathrooms Emptying trash bins Resetting chairs/pews to their original formation Checking for damage or left-behind items Preparing A/V equipment area for the next guest General disinfecting of high-touch areas This ensures every group arrives to a clean, organized, ready-to-use church facility. WHAT YOU CLEAN (GUEST RESPONSIBILITY) To keep our rates affordable, we ask guests to complete a simple reset before leaving: Remove all personal items and decorations Pick up trash and place it in bins Wipe up obvious spills or messes Return any moved furniture to its original position Turn off all lights and equipment Lock the doors (if you were given self-access) CLEANING FEE We charge a standard cleaning fee which covers: Professional cleaning between bookings Bathroom sanitation Trash removal Resetting the entire sanctuary & lobby This helps us maintain the building at a high level and keep the space fresh for every event. For larger events or heavy-use bookings (concerts, productions, conferences), an additional cleaning fee may apply. DAMAGE & EXTRA CLEAN-UP If excessive cleaning is required (glitter, confetti, food spills, gum, trash left outside, etc.) or if damage occurs, additional charges may apply per Peerspace policy. We ask all guests to treat the church with respect and care so we can continue offering this beautiful space to the community.
