Photography shoots work well. Our house is an 1896 foursquare with five bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are rentable. The house is full of fine art, sculptures, paintings, drawings, and photography abound. We're in north Everett, old-town and among other big old houses. The living room has a great fireplace, we burn wood every evening. Original light fixtures, Japanese, Chinese and English antiques, it's a really cozy house. The kitchen is new(er) and has a 10 foot marble island, plenty of seating for conversation. Lots of natural light in the kitchen, too. Big front hall with a Parlor off of it that connects to the Living room through original french doors (windows). Our dining room's got original Period wallpaper that I took an artist's gum eraser to, to get rid of the hundred years of soot and bring up the colors again. Dining room table is a twelve-foot-long trestle table that was once aboard Captain Perry's ship to explore the North Pole. The table's actually a chart table! It's a great house with tons of charm.

We have a super clean house because it's professionally done weekly. After guests leave, I re-clean all surfaces.
