This space works very well for art shows, creative classes, parties, gatherings, car shows. The space is a large building with multiple art studios within, a lobby area, and a large garage style event space. The space has a bathroom, shower, sink, and a large underpass for protective seating. The large garage space is open for any type of decor, mural, or graffiti that will complement the event in question

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
