This studio is straightforward, versatile, and built for creators who want a clean, functional environment. An engineer is available on request for podcast or music sessions, and the space can be adapted for both small teams and solo creators.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Process: The studio is cleaned and reset before every booking to ensure a fresh, professional environment. All high-touch surfaces—doorknobs, seating, tables, and equipment areas—are wiped down and sanitized. Floors are swept and mopped daily. Any props or furniture used by previous guests are disinfected and put back in their original positions. The recording area is wiped down after each session, including microphones, pop filters, and work surfaces. We ask all guests to respect the space, clean up after themselves, and leave the studio in the same condition they found it so every creator gets a clean and reliable setup.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
