Creators love the open walls and easy-to-light space, while event host appreciate how simple it is to decorate. The space includes a main event room, a kitchenette for refreshments, three full size bathrooms, and two extra rooms that can be used as dressing rooms, or kids activity spaces. Weather you are filming, teaching, or celebrating, the layout adapts effortlessly. Free parking plus additional overflow parking nearby make access easy for all guest.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
