Our cleaning process includes: • Wiping down all high-touch surfaces • Sanitizing the desk area, chairs, and lounge seating • Refreshing the restroom areas (shared building restrooms) • Dusting and organizing the product display shelves • Vacuuming the carpet before and after bookings • Emptying trash and resetting the space for the next guest To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask guests to: • Remove all personal belongings and trash before departing • Return furniture to its original position • Avoid spilling liquids or staining the carpet/furniture • Notify the host immediately if any accidental damage occurs CLEANING FEES & DAMAGE POLICY To keep the suite in excellent condition for all guests, the following fees apply if extra cleaning or repairs are required: • $100 Light Cleaning Fee – applied only if the space is left excessively untidy, requiring extra surface cleaning beyond standard reset. • $250 Carpet Restoration Fee – applied if the carpet is stained, damaged, or requires professional deep cleaning. • Damage Replacement Fee – applies to any broken items (decor, shelving, chairs, or other furniture). Costs depend on the item and will be documented with photos and receipts. We understand that accidents happen. Guests are encouraged to message us immediately so issues can be handled smoothly and professionally.
