The building also offers convenient shared amenities, including: Male and female restrooms located just down the hallway A common kitchen area equipped with a microwave for quick breaks or light food prep Free onsite parking with space for up to 10 cars, making entry easy for you and your guests The suite is located in an urban, easily accessible building with wide hallways and natural light, offering a clean, comfortable, and private environment for a wide range of activities. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and professional space for all guests. Before each booking, the suite is thoroughly prepared to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment. Our cleaning process includes: • Wiping down all high-touch surfaces • Sanitizing the desk area, chairs, and lounge seating • Refreshing the restroom areas (shared building restrooms) • Dusting and organizing the product display shelves • Vacuuming the carpet before and after bookings • Emptying trash and resetting the space for the next guest To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask guests to: • Remove all personal belongings and trash before departing • Return furniture to its original position • Avoid spilling liquids or staining the carpet/furniture • Notify the host immediately if any accidental damage occurs CLEANING FEES & DAMAGE POLICY To keep the suite in excellent condition for all guests, the following fees apply if extra cleaning or repairs are required: • $100 Light Cleaning Fee – applied only if the space is left excessively untidy, requiring extra surface cleaning beyond standard reset. • $250 Carpet Restoration Fee – applied if the carpet is stained, damaged, or requires professional deep cleaning. • Damage Replacement Fee – applies to any broken items (decor, shelving, chairs, or other furniture). Costs depend on the item and will be documented with photos and receipts. We understand that accidents happen. Guests are encouraged to message us immediately so issues can be handled smoothly and professionally.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
