ABOUT THE SPACE Casa Rina is the private event venue of LaRina Restaurant—a 1,500 sq ft sunlit full-service apartment designed for a wide variety of events, including birthday parties, anniversaries, engagements, graduations, wedding receptions, corporate events, branded activations, and more. We also offer the option to coordinate Pasta Classes with LaRina chefs. Location: Fort Greene, Brooklyn. LAYOUT Three Main Areas: - Kitchen Area: Island, professional Smeg burner stove, and two refrigerators - Bar & Lounge Area: Built-in bar and lounge seating - Dining Area: Dining table accommodating up to 18 seated guests ATMOSPHERE & FEATURES - Custom Lighting: Adjustable lighting, candle holders, and table lamps. - Sound System: SONOS multi-room Bluetooth speaker system (DJ-friendly). - Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, 72” Samsung Frame TV, color-changing uplights, glassware, crystal drink dispenser, toiletries, and more. - Flower arrangement and table set design upon request. STAFF & SERVICE Professional staff including Event Manager, Bartender, and Cleaning team. Chef and Server included when booking a Private Chef dinner. Food Options You may choose from three flexible food service options: 1. LaRina À La Carte Catering Food can be ordered directly from LaRina Restaurant downstairs. Your guests enjoy restaurant-quality dishes prepared by our award-winning culinary team. 2. Private Chef In-House A Private Chef can cook directly inside Casa Rina’s kitchen for an elevated dining experience. Options include: - Customized multi-course menus - Pasta-making experiences - Live cooking demonstrations - Chef’s tasting menus - Wine-paired dinners 3. Bring Your Own Catering You may bring in your own caterer or food at no additional cost. We can also refer DJs and photographers upon request. Our Cleaning Process We take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously to ensure every guest has a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience at Casa Rina. Professional Cleaning After Every Event A licensed professional cleaning team services the venue after each event. They thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect all areas of the apartment, including the kitchen, lounge, dining area, bar, bathrooms, and all high-touch surfaces. Restocked Amenities & Supplies Before every booking, we restock: Hand towels Hand soap Bathroom toiletries Paper goods Cleaning supplies Sanitizing products for guest use Event-Day Cleanliness Our staff ensures the space remains tidy throughout your event. The bartender and event manager keep surfaces clean, empty trash as needed, and maintain overall order so you can enjoy your experience without worrying about cleanup. HVAC & Air Quality Our HVAC system is fitted with MERV-13 air filters, capable of trapping fine airborne particles. Filters are replaced regularly to ensure clean, fresh airflow throughout the space. Multiple Sanitizing Stations Hand sanitizer is available in several areas around the venue for easy guest access. Post-Event Cleaning Included We handle all cleaning after your event—no sweeping, mopping, or wiping required from you or your guests. Simply enjoy your time, walk out, and leave the rest to us.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
