Welcome to Brannons Kitchen Event Space — a versatile 2,990 sq ft restaurant-style venue perfect for hosting gatherings of all kinds. The space blends the comfort of a dine-in restaurant with the flexibility of an open event center, making it ideal for private events, meetings, celebrations, small parties, dinners, content shoots, pop-ups, and more. This venue accommodates up to 100 guests maximum. What activities work well in your space? This venue is perfect for birthday dinners, small receptions, family gatherings, networking events, workshops, baby showers, business meetings, community events, catering experiences, podcast visuals, and photo/video shoots thanks to its open layout, natural lighting, and multiple seating configurations. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The space includes two full window walls that fill the room with sunlight, with curtains installed for privacy or controlled lighting as needed. The main floor is arranged with 5 rectangular tables (seating 4 each) and 5 square tables (seating 2 each) along with 30 chairs—all of which can be rearranged, added, or removed to fit your event style. There are two entry/exit doors in the front and two emergency exits in the back for easy flow and safety. A private room is included, perfect for storage, meetings, prep, or as a greenroom for creators. The space also includes two bathrooms for guest convenience. What unique features or amenities does your space have? A standout feature is our in-house soul food catering, available upon request. Guests can book the space alone or pair it with freshly made meals—ask about our menu and pricing options. We also provide an aux plugin and speaker system for background music; for safety and equipment protection, the sound system can only be operated by staff. The venue’s natural lighting, flexible seating, privacy curtains, and restaurant-grade atmosphere make it uniquely suited for both intimate gatherings and professional bookings. As a restaurant and event space, our cleaning standards follow commercial-grade guidelines. Before each event, the entire venue is thoroughly cleaned and refreshed, including: Full sanitization of all tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces Deep cleaning of bathrooms, including restocking essentials Sweeping and mopping all floors Trash removal from every bin Fresh layout reset so the space is neat, organized, and ready for immediate use After each booking, our staff completes a full turnover cleaning to prepare for the next event. Your space will always be delivered spotless and event-ready upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
