Before a studio booking, a thorough cleaning process ensures a hygienic and organized environment. This includes dusting and wiping all surfaces, disinfecting high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, and equipment (e.g., cameras and tripods). Bathrooms and dressing areas are thoroughly sanitized, restocked, and organized, while any shared items, such as makeup stations or seating areas, are disinfected. Air quality is refreshed by airing out the room or using an air purifier, and a light air freshener may be used for a clean scent. Finally, a visual check ensures everything looks inviting and ready for use.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
