Located in a modern industrial district, the plaza offers approximately 75 shared parking spaces, with additional street parking just 300–400 feet away. For added peace of mind, security cameras are installed throughout the interior and around the exterior of the unit. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We provide the space clean and ready for your event, and ask that you leave it in the same condition. A standard cleaning fee is included, but the following is required to avoid additional charges: Bag all trash and dispose of it in the designated area near the entrance. Remove all décor, rentals, and personal items brought into the space. Wipe up any spills or food/drink messes. Leave the prep kitchen tidy (wipe counters; remove food waste). No glitter or foil confetti—these require excessive cleaning and will result in additional fees. Excessive mess, damage, or items left behind may result in extra cleaning or disposal fees.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
