We maintain a clean and welcoming environment for every guest. After each booking, our team wipes down all tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces with disinfectant and sweeps the floors to ensure the space is fresh and ready for the next group. We ask all guests to tidy up after themselves and remove any personal items or trash at the end of their reservation to help us keep the space in excellent condition.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
