The layout includes a main event area, optional lounge setups, a DJ/stage zone, and plenty of room to configure tables, chairs, or production equipment. A major highlight is our private 50-car parking lot, offering rare convenience and easy access for guests, load-ins, and production crews. Additional amenities include air conditioning, security cameras in public areas, easy entry, and a location close to SoFi Stadium, the Forum, and the Intuit Dome — making arrival simple for everyone. Health and Safety Measures
Our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the venue after each booking. All floors are swept and mopped, high-touch surfaces are wiped down, and trash is removed. We disinfect common areas, restrooms, door handles, and shared equipment. The space is reset to its standard layout so every guest arrives to a fresh, clean environment.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
