About the Space
The house has 3 large bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. All of the rooms in the house may be utilized during the reservation. We have a very large kitchen and dining room and we have both a living room (front of house) and family room (in back of house) which has a projector great for family nights or presentations. Outside we have plenty of seating on the patio to accommodate 15 people and another table and 6 chairs in the yard. The yard is completely fenced in which is great for pets. Adjacent to the house is a studio (very large bedroom and en suite bathroom) and laundry room. This space is rented separately but you can reserve both if you'd like them if they're available.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
