The Eastside Vault is a unique warehouse space with walled bathroom and office spanning 4,500 sq feet. The space is located in Boyle Heights within 5 minutes of the 5, 10 and 101 freeays. It has two entrances - large doorway and extra large roll up doors allowing large set pieces, trucks and trailers. The warehouse office is easy enought to remove everything in it to create an entire different space. We are ok with modifications to the office as long as they can be repaired or returned to original - let your imagination go wild. The warehouse has a lot of open space in front of the office extending to the front two doors. The other space is used to store classic and collectible cars. As seen in photos there are some larger signed, flags, posters etc. on the wall. Most of which (if not all) can be removed to create blank walls. There is a large space (1,800 - 2,500) that can be completely open and used in anyway possible. You can be as loud as you want in this space and run later into the evening. Warehouse includes: - 4 - 6 large parking spots outside (can fit sprinter or larger box trucks) - 18 foot tall roll up door access - LOTS of power outlets - 1 clean operating bathroom - 1 office - Ability to clear out office - Ability to remove wall decor - Ability to remove or rearrange cars currently in the space - The pictures of the space are very honest We are very flexible and happy to work with any production within reason.
