Factory Underground is a unique, artsy event space that hosts up to 150 guests for weddings, art shows, live music, birthday parties, and more. With its creative atmosphere and flexible layout, it offers custom add-ons including filming, recording, photography, and full event planning to bring any vision to life.

We clean the Bathrooms and the Space Regularly. A big part of our business is working with SAG AFTRA actors that have very specific guidelines which are met so all of our Talent, Guests and Employees are protected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
