At Archive Haus, we take the care of our space seriously. Each booking — whether it’s a shoot, a dinner, or a creative event — deserves to begin with a fresh, intentional environment. To ensure that, we follow a consistent and thorough cleaning process after every guest. We will also have a staff member on site for each booking to assist in needs. Between Every Guest, We: - Sanitize all high-touch surfaces — door handles, railings, tables, seating, and equipment. - Reset each room to its original layout so your booking starts exactly as pictured. - Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the space. - Refresh bathrooms with disinfected surfaces, restocked supplies, and wiped mirrors. - Empty all trash and replace liners in every room. - Wipe down sets, backdrops, and equipment to ensure they’re ready for the next production.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
