Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in keeping our space spotless, comfortable, and ready for every event. The café is thoroughly cleaned before each booking and reset to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment for your guests. Our cleaning process includes: Full surface sanitization of all tables, chairs, counters, and high-touch areas Sweeping and mopping of all floors Bathroom cleaning and restocking Trash removal and replacement of liners General reset + furniture arrangement to restore the space to its original layout A staff member will be onsite during your event to maintain cleanliness as needed and ensure the space stays tidy throughout your booking. Guests are asked to complete light pickup at the end of their event (removing personal items, placing trash in bins, etc.). Any additional cleaning beyond normal use may result in an extra cleaning fee. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable space for every guest — every time.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
