Welcome to this AIA award winning architecture of the year home. located in beachwood / the hollywood dell, it comes with beautifully curated indoor outdoor pool areas, many light-filled rooms and incredible finishes. the space is designed to be look and feel traditional mid century, but finished in 2019. We've hosted an array of amazing guests from anjelica houston, scoot mcnairy, the chainsmokers, jeep grand cherokee, and many fashion shoots, home goods and brands. Inside you'll find travertine walls, brass finishes, douglas fir flooring, steel beams, walnut built ins, great natural light, neutral tones and a warm mid century aesthetic. In addition to a designer interior, there is a massive fully private 1.5 acre hillside backyard with planted green and lush. Tall tree's surround the backyard.
